Amish Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, or 2 cans cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 package herbed stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender. Combine eggs, onion, celery, soup, and mayonnaise. Place layer of broccoli in a 3-quart casserole dish. Add layer of cheese, then a layer of stuffing mix. Pour a small amount of sauce over top. Repeat layers until all of ingredients are used. Top with a layer of stuffing mix. Sprinkle melted butter on top of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
