Amish Dried Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
7.5 ounces dried corn, ground in processor
5 cups milk
3 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F

Combine all the ingredients and mix well untill completely blended. Place in a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Bake in oven for an hour remove and let cool, then enjoy
